These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReflectivAI website and related content and demonstrations (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If your organization has signed a separate agreement with us (for example, a Master Subscription Agreement), that agreement governs use of the platform and controls over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.
Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site.
Use of the site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the Site for lawful, informational, and internal evaluation purposes, subject to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.
- Scrape, harvest, or copy content at scale, or use automated means without our permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except where permitted by law.
- Introduce malware or upload content that infringes the rights of others.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the ReflectivAI and Signal Intelligence™ names and marks — are owned by ReflectivAI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Demonstrations and illustrative content
Content on the Site, including any illustrative scenarios, dashboards, metrics, and demonstrations, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, or other professional advice, and figures shown in demonstrations are illustrative and do not represent real clinical data, individuals, or guaranteed product results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US
