• Append-Only Audit Log — Every interaction, observation, and configuration change is written to an append-only audit log that cannot be altered after the fact. Optional SIEM forwarding streams events into your existing security tooling.
• SSO & Role-Based Access — Single sign-on integrates with your identity provider. Role-based access scopes what reps, managers, and admins can see and do — so coaching data stays with the right people.
• Governed Evidence Ingestion — Scenarios and coaching draw only from governed, MLR-reviewed, approved-corpus content. Evidence ingestion is controlled, so practice never references unapproved claims.
• Observable Behavior Only — Signal Intelligence measures observable rep behavior only — not intent, emotion, or personality. There is no black-box scoring; every observation is explainable and traceable.

• No Psychological Diagnosis — Signal Intelligence does not diagnose mental states, personality traits, or psychological conditions. It observes communication behaviors only.
• No Intent Inference — The system does not claim to know what someone meant or intended. It identifies observable patterns and leaves interpretation to human judgment.
• No Automated Decisions — AI Coach provides feedback and observations, but all decisions about performance, development, and coaching remain with human managers.
• No Surveillance or Monitoring — Signal Intelligence is a development tool, not a surveillance system. It supports coaching and learning, not performance monitoring or compliance tracking.
